This session explores how immune function develops, changes, and declines across the lifespan. It includes neonatal immunity, childhood immune disorders, pediatric allergy and autoimmunity, vaccination, immune maturation, immunosenescence, age-related inflammation, and immune responses in older adults.
Abstracts may present clinical research, epidemiological studies, case reports, preventive strategies, biomarkers, treatment approaches, and age-specific care models. The session encourages participation from pediatricians, neonatologists, geriatricians, immunologists, researchers, nurses, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams addressing immune health from infancy through older age.
